• Orders ship within 5-7 business days

• For any errors on our end we will ship out a corrected product via USPS Priority Mail. 

• Hoot Tooty is NOT responsible for LOST, STOLEN, REROUTED OR DELAYED PACKAGES

• Please ensure that your mailing address is correct on our website prior to finalizing your order.  If something is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges

REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES

• There are no refunds/returns or exchanges for any personalized items 

• If you receive damaged product, please contact us immediately at HootTooty71@gmail.com

• Refunds will be processed through Wix Payments and take up to 3-5 business days to your reach your credit card/bank account, depending not he financial instituion 

• Non-customized or personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. If no exchange is available then you will receive a full refund
